Rhonda Edwards has been with The Center for Rural Development since September 2005, starting as an Administrative Assistant and currently serving as a Receptionist/Administrative Clerk. Prior to this, Rhonda worked at Super Service, LLC as a Customer Service Rep. Rhonda attended Southern Ohio College from 1985 to 1987.

Established in 1996 through the vision of U.S. Congressman Harold "Hal" Rogers, (KY-05), and other leaders, The Center for Rural Development is a nonprofit organization fueled by a mission to provide leadership that stimulates innovative and sustainable economic development solutions and a better way of life in Southern and Eastern Kentucky. The Center also strives to be the national model for economic development.
