Susan Garrett has been working at The Center for Rural Development since March 2005, currently holding the position of Director of Business & Finance. Prior to this, Susan worked at Lifeline Management from June 1991 to February 2005, where Susan held the position of Assistant Chief Financial Officer & Tax Compliance Accountant. Susan graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
