Richard Lightfoot

Richard Lightfoot is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Operational Solutions Limited since October 2022, Richard previously held the position of Finance Manager at Neos Networks, where responsibilities included producing management accounts and leading a team of five accountants. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Sovereign Housing Association as Finance Manager - Financial Accounting, overseeing general ledger integrity and year-end audits. Richard also expanded expertise through various temporary management accountant roles and started as a Group Financial Accountant at Scott Wilson, following training as a chartered accountant at RSM Tenon.
