Joanne Stanton

Joanne Stanton has extensive experience in management roles, currently serving as Client Relationship Manager and Operations Manager at Operational Technology Solutions Pty Ltd since July 2012, where the focus is on providing professional services and developing innovative sensors for utilities. Prior to this, Joanne held the position of General Manager at Incentive House from March 1999 to December 2011, where responsibilities included helping corporations enhance their profitability by recognizing and rewarding high achievers. Joanne's career began at Aspire Training Company as Office Manager from 1996 to 1998. Educational qualifications include a BA in Industrial Psychology and Communication from the University of South Africa, as well as Certificates IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting from Applied Education.
