James Mayes is a 3x founder, currently leading Rodeo and serving as a strategic advisor for multiple organizations, including Create With, CTO Craft, and Crafty Counsel. They co-founded and served as CEO of Mind the Product, which they successfully exited to Pendo in February 2022. With over a decade in talent acquisition, James has built high-performance tech teams and has held various advisory and director roles, including at Turing Fest and Operations Nation.
