Deborah Carley

Deborah Carley is a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with over 25 years of diverse recruiting experience. She began her career in recruiting at The Forum Group, a New York City-based staffing firm, as a Financial Recruiter. There, she served as a key member of the group’s temporary accounting and finance staffing division. After additional agency work where she recruited talent acquisition professionals for another NYC-based firm, Deb moved on to Save the Children, a global non-profit organization. There, Deb served as a Specialist in Recruiting and Staffing, strategizing with hiring managers to identify and recruit experts for key, long-term positions, and projects.

Deb currently supports her team as well as clients across a wide range of industries, including fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and non-profit industries.

Deborah earned a B.S. in Accounting from Quinnipiac University.
