Carlos Moreno

Carlos Moreno joined OEI as Chief Technology Officer bringing more than 30 years of technology leadership, including serving with DirecTV, The NASDAQ Stock Market, Vice President of Innovation, Engineering and Technology at CAE Healthcare, and Chief Technology Officer at METI where he led the development of ECS, PediaSIM, iStan, and METIman among many other product lines during his twelve years with the healthcare learning company. Moreno holds a Master’s of Sciences in Physics and Mathematics, a Master’s of Sciences in Microelectronics, and completed MIT’s Sloan Executive Management and Leadership Education program.
