Peter Iansek

Peter Iansek has worked in various roles since 2008. Peter began their career at Bupa Australia & New Zealand, where they held roles such as Digital Services Manager, Technology Lead, Impact Quantification Analyst, Operations Specialist, Flexible Resource Pool Team Leader, and Customer Service Consultant. In 2015, they moved to Oscar Health as an Operations Manager. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Vim, where they held the positions of VP of Product Operations and Director of Provider Operations. Most recently, in 2020, they became the CEO & Co-Founder of Operative Intelligence (OI), a SaaS that helps contact centers understand the root cause of their customer demand.

Peter Iansek attended Monash University from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies. In 2010, they also attended Leiden University for International/Global Studies.
