Olga Shumyachkina

Olga Shumyachkina is an experienced product owner currently working at Operative IQ since May 2020 and at Marlevo since April 2010, where Olga leads a team of 14 software developers, applying agile methodologies and effective teamwork principles to deliver innovative products. In addition to their role at Marlevo, Olga founded HR-Companies US in 2015, focusing on staffing solutions integrated with Scandinavian social principles. Previous experience includes a business consultant position at OS-Ohjelmistot and various roles at Stonesoft, where Olga gained expertise in R&D, sales management, and customer relationship management. Olga holds a Bachelor of Applied Management in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from International Slavic University in Kharkov, Ukraine.
