Seth Metsch

Seth Metsch is the current General Legal Counsel at Operative. Prior to joining Operative, they were the Vice President & Corporate Development Counsel, Legal & Business Affairs at A+E Networks from January 2007 to December 2009. There, they worked with the corporate development team to analyze strategic investments for traditional business growth and diversification. Seth negotiated and drafted agreements for A+E Ventures division’s portfolio of 15 investments, including investments, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and activation.

From January 2002 to December 2007, Seth was the Associate General Counsel at Sirius Satellite Radio. And before that, they were a Legal & Business Affairs Consultant at Princeton Video Image (PVI) from January 2001 to December 2002.

Seth Metsch has a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Tufts University. Seth also has certification from Coursera in GitLab How to Manage a Remote Team, Google Project Management Specialization (6 Courses), University of Pennsylvania - Privacy Law and Data Protecion, and University of Illinois Geis School of Business - Strategic Leadership and Management Specialization (7 Courses). Finally, they have a certification from NovoEd in TechStars Venture Deals.

They are on a team with Glen Ceniza - CTO, Katie Back - Chief Revenue Officer, and Devlin Jefferson - SVP, Product Management. Seth Metsch reports to Lorne Brown, CEO.
