Tracy Williams

Tracy Williams is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in people operations and diversity leadership, currently serving as Chief People and Diversity Officer at New Relic, Inc. since June 2016. Tracy's career has included various leadership roles such as GVP and VP of the Global HRBP Group, alongside responsibilities as a Limited Partner at Operator Collective since 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. HR Business Partner at Conversant Inc., Principal I HR Director at Trenity Services, LLC, Regional HR Director at Michaels Stores, and Regional HR Manager at Mervyns. Tracy holds a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
