Floris Hesseling

Floris Hesseling is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical support, management, and cultural events. Currently serving as Team Leader of the Shared Servicedesk at OGD ict-diensten since May 2018, Floris has a solid foundation in customer service, having previously held the role of Servicedesk Manager at Greenhost and Customer Service Representative at Magna Carta chipcard solutions BV. Involvement with various organizations includes serving as a board member for Stichting Grauzone and as Chairman of the Board for Stichting Nulpunt, contributing to the preservation and development of historical buildings in Amsterdam. Floris co-founded Vondelbunker and Damoclash, managing community initiatives and festival programming. Academic qualifications include an Associate's degree in Architectural History and Criticism from VU Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s Degree in Photography from the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague.
