Jenny Berkedal Wilkins

Jenny Berkedal Wilkins, SPHR, currently serves as the Head of People and Operations at YearOne since October 2022 and is a member of the Operators Guild since March 2024. Previously, Jenny held significant roles at Puppet, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Global Talent and Director of Global Talent Acquisition from September 2018 to October 2022. Other notable positions include Director of People & Operations at Metal Toad and Learning and Development Lead at Faria Education Group. Jenny's experience spans various educational and operational roles, including a classroom teacher at Dubai American Academy and a middle school English teacher in Japan. Jenny holds a Master’s of Science in Education Leadership from Winona State University and a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Luther College, alongside participating in the People Leader Accelerator program.
