Kristy Hissa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and business alignment, currently serving as General Manager at MeetKairos since April 2024. Kristy is also an active member of the Operators Guild and The People People Group, contributing to communities dedicated to operational excellence and HR best practices. Previously, Kristy held significant roles at NMI as Head of Business Alignment and at Agreement Express as Vice President of Operations, where successful strategic initiatives led to an acquisition. Kristy's career has been characterized by leadership in operational strategies, product launches, and team management across various organizational functions.
