Olya Massalitina

Olya Massalitina is a finance professional with extensive experience in various accounting and financial management roles. Currently, Olya serves as a Member of the Operators Guild since July 2024 and has been a Fractional Chief Financial Officer at Employee Confidential LLC since February 2018. Previously, Olya held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Play MPE® from April 2022 to October 2024 and served as Controller at Choom from November 2020 to April 2022. Earlier career experience includes roles as Senior Accountant at Rocky Mountaineer and KPMG Canada, as well as Junior Accountant at Jim Pattison Subaru North Shore. Olya holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and has completed a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, along with becoming a Chartered Professional Accountant through CPA Canada.
