Ilkka Lehtonen

Ilkka Lehtonen is a Senior Specialist at Opetushallitus - Utbildningsstyrelsen - Finnish National Agency for Education, where their main responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data for state funding calculations, as well as producing required information for funding calculation and payment.
