Kristiina Kirjarinta

Kristiina Kirjarinta has over two decades of experience in customer service and project coordination. Since October 2019, Kristiina has held the position of Project Coordinator at Opetushallitus - Utbildningsstyrelsen - Finnish National Agency for Education. Previous roles include a trainee position and a significant tenure at Viking Line from March 1999 to April 2020 as a Check-in Agent, responsible for passenger check-in and bookings. Earlier experience includes working as a Receptionist at Saariselän kylpylähotelli from May 1996 to February 1999, managing hotel check-ins, reservations, and providing tourist information. Kristiina obtained a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration from Amiedu (2019-2020) and a foundational degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Rovaniemen hotellli- ja ravintolaoppilaitos (1995-1997).
