Francesca Bors

Francesca Bors is an experienced professional in warehouse automation and project management, currently serving as a Warehouse Automation Project Coordinator for EMEA at OPEX Corporation since March 2022. Francesca contributed to ZF Group first as a Project Management Trainee from March 2019 to February 2020 and later completed a Bachelor Thesis on "The Applicability and Feasibility of Employing an AGV in a Production Area: A Case Study" in November 2020. Academic accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronic Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rhine-Waal University, complemented by a strong foundation in Mathematics and Computer Science from the International Computer Highschool of Constanta. Additionally, Francesca demonstrated commitment to promoting STEM careers among young women by organizing the MINT Girls' Summer School during a tenure as a Student Assistant at Rhine-Waal University. Initial industry experience includes an internship at Nafada Construct Ovidiu in 2013.
