John (Jack) Barbieri IV (He/Him)

John Barbieri IV is an experienced support engineer with a robust background in technical support and training spanning over two decades. Currently employed at OPEX Corporation since October 2017, John has held the roles of Support Engineer and Technical Support Analyst. Previously, at Oki Data from May 2002 to October 2017, John excelled in various positions, including Technical Support and Training, and System Support Engineer/Tier 2, effectively resolving customer escalations and providing high-level support.
