Tyler Cross

Tyler Cross is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in emergency medical services and research. Currently serving as a Patient Operations Associate at Ophelia since November 2021, Tyler brings substantial experience from previous roles as an Emergency Medical Technician at Millburn-Short Hills Volunteer First Aid Squad and GEM Mobile Health, where responsibilities included providing emergency care, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Tyler also contributed as an Analyst for CROSS RESEARCH GROUP LLC, focusing on IT sectors and business process improvement, and served as a Consultant at LSC - LifeSciences Consultants, supporting the European market.
