Hannah Smith has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Hannah started their career in 2009 at BURGER KING™ UK as a Crew Member and later became a Shift and Training Manager. In 2013, they joined Executive Touch as a B2C Sales Associate and then transitioned to the role of Account Manager. In 2014, they joined Vanquis Banking Group as a New Accounts Associate, where they handled complaints, provided support to vulnerable customers, and ensured compliance with regulations. Hannah later became a New Accounts Resolutions Specialist, focusing on challenging customers and educating the wider business on customer interaction. Most recently, they joined Ophelos in 2023 as a Customer Operations Specialist.

Hannah Smith has a diverse education history. Hannah attended The University of Huddersfield from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Health and Community Studies with a focus on Social Sciences. Prior to university, Hannah attended Trinity Academy from 2005 to 2008, where they studied for their A-levels. During this time, they completed a Double award in Health and Social Care, as well as studying Geography. From 2000 to 2005, Hannah attended Thorne Grammar School, where they obtained 10 GCSEs, including English, maths, and Science.

Additionally, Hannah has obtained a certification in "Effective Conversations when Dealing with Vulnerable Customers" from Samaritans in March 2017.
