Paul Chong

Paul Chong has extensive work experience, beginning in 2001 with IBM. Paul held various Sales & Executive Leadership positions in the UK, as well as the role of Vice President, Head of Europe for Advisories, Consultants and System Integrators. In addition, they were Head of Watson Group, EMEA, responsible for commercializing the IBM Watson brand in EMEA and working with customers across the region to realize the benefits of AI/ML in improving business outcomes. In 2018, Paul Chong joined Chai Digital as Managing Director, as well as ASAPP as Head Of International. Paul also became an Advisor for Distributed.cx. Most recently, in 2021, Paul Chong became the Chief Operating Officer for Ophelos, as outlined in the post introducing Ophelos.

Paul Chong attended the University of Surrey from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.). Prior to that, they attended Poole Grammar School, where they completed their a levels.
