Paolo Soleri

Paolo Soleri is an experienced R&D Manager at Ophtec since September 2013, responsible for the research, development, planning, and implementation of new products and processes. Previously, Paolo held roles as a Development Engineer and Development Leader, focusing on the development of ophthalmic products and managing international research projects. Before joining Ophtec, Paolo served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Kapteyn Astronomical Institute, specializing in numerical modeling and scientific programming. Paolo completed a Ph.D. in Astrophysics at the University of Amsterdam, where project coordination on black hole and neutron star observations was a key responsibility, following a Master of Science in Physics from Università degli Studi di Milano.
