William Oei is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and business systems sectors. Currently serving as a Business Systems Analyst at Ophthalmic Mutual Insurance Company since November 2020, William focuses on system improvements, manages software vendor partnerships, and oversees performance metrics. Previously, William worked at NORCAL Group for a decade where roles included Underwriter and Associate Underwriter, managing underwriting operations and developing agent partnerships. Earlier experience at Protective Life as an Underwriting Case Manager and Reinsurance Business Analyst provided a solid foundation in customer service and data analysis. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Decision Sciences, from San Francisco State University.
