Charlotte Tilstra has over 20 years of experience in the software and healthcare industry. Charlotte began their career in 1986 as a Computer Operator/Accounts Receivable at the Heart Center of Sarasota. In 1993, they moved to wHolistic Health Care as a Business Manager/Accounts Receivable, where they were responsible for accounts payable, payroll, filing Medicare and insurance claims, checking patients in and out, making appointments, collections, answering phones, scheduling appointments, monthly and daily reports, and backup. In 1997, they joined Med Master Systems as a Computer Software Technical Support, providing on-line technical support of customers. In 2002, they moved to Sage (Healthcare Division), formerly Emdeon Practice Services, where they held multiple roles including Software QA Analyst, EDI Technical Software Support, and Network Services Implementation. In 2011, they joined Vitera Healthcare Solutions, formerly Sage, as an EDI Technical Support - Level 3. In 2012, they joined LogistiCare Solutions LLC as an IT Technical Support Analyst II and JC Penney as a Customer Support and Sales. Since 2014, they have been with OPIE Software as a Software Support (Medical Billing), providing excellent customer service to their clients via telephone and internet.

Charlotte Tilstra completed a 40 hour course for CNA Certification, First Aide, and CPR at Express Training Services in 2014. Charlotte then earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Programming from Western Iowa Tech Community College between 1984 and 1986. Prior to this, they earned an Associates Degree in Accounting from Northwest Iowa Community College between 1982 and 1984.
