Jill-Brittany Rubin PSM I have extensive work experience in a variety of roles. In 2019, they began working at OPIE Software as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, and Senior Associate Scrum Master. In this role, they supported teams by championing them, improving efficiency, coordinating resolution of cross-team dependencies, and educating and preparing Associate Scrum Masters for certification. Jill-Brittany also began working at KIPP WAYS Primary as a 4th Grade Teacher. In 2017, they began working at Pye-Barker Fire & Safety as an Accounts Receivable Analyst and Cash Apps Specialist. In 2016, they began working at Avalon - North American Properties as an Accounting Executive Assistant - Temp and at Sylvan Learning Center / Prometric as a Director of Testing Center. In 2014, they began working at Sylvan Learning as a Director of Education and a Director of Operations. In 2012, they began working at Sylvan Learning Center/Prometric as an Instructor and Test Administrator. Jill-Brittany Rubin PSM I have a diverse educational background. Jill-Brittany obtained a B.A. in Political Science from Florida International University between 2006 and 2010. In 2013, they obtained a License in Aesthetician/Esthetician and Skin Care Specialist from Florida Gateway College. Jill-Brittany also obtained a License in Nail Technician/Specialist and Manicurist from Florida Gateway College in 2014. Prior to this, they attended Miami Dade College between 2004 and 2006, studying Political Science. In addition, they have obtained a range of certifications from LinkedIn and Scrum.org, including Enterprise Agile: Growing Scrum, Leading with Purpose, Scrum: Advanced, Agile Foundations, Becoming an Agile Coach, Professional Scrum Master I, Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, and Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences.
