Johan Karlsson

Johan Karlsson is the CEO of Opima AB, a company that serves the manufacturing industry with various services, including contract manufacturing and automation. They previously held significant roles at Scania, including Market Support Director and Regional Director for Belgium Sud and Luxembourg, managing teams of up to 110 employees. Johan also served as Managing Director at Leica Geosystems AB and Svensk Byggnadsgeodesi AB, both part of Hexagon. They have a Master’s degree in European Accounting and Finance from the University of Gothenburg and completed an international executive program at the Stockholm School of Economics.
