Ben Margolit

Ben Margolit is an experienced professional in the multifamily property and real estate sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Opiniion Inc. since July 2025, Margolit previously co-founded and held the position of CEO at Rentgrata, an innovative renter insights platform, from January 2017 to August 2025.
