Gabriela Silva

Gabriela Silva is an experienced human resources professional and clinical psychologist with a robust background in recruitment and selection, training and development, and psychological assessment. Currently serving as an Analista de RH Pleno at Opinion Box since September 2021, Gabriela conducts recruitment processes, organizes onboarding, creates management indicators, and develops internal communication activities. Prior roles include positions at Hospital Biocor Instituto and Feira Shop where responsibilities encompassed high-volume recruitment, application, and correction of psychological tests, as well as training for new employees. Gabriela also runs a clinical psychology practice, providing psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. Academically, Gabriela holds a postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology and Strategic Leadership from Centro Universitário UNA and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Faculdade Arnaldo.
