Marcelo Caldeira

Marcelo Caldeira began their work experience in 2001 at Unileste-MG, where they were responsible for website development and maintenance, as well as managing the robotics laboratory. Marcelo then moved on to Pentagrama Consultoria e Sistemas in 2004, working as an Analyst of Systems until 2010. During this time, they gained experience in projects such as Opinion Box and Bysat Monitoramento de Frota. In 2011, they became a Project Manager at Pentagrama, overseeing projects such as Opinion Box and HEAP UP. Marcelo joined Hermes Pardini in 2010 as a Systems Analyst/Business Analyst, where they provided analysis services for the sample traceability project. Since 2013, Marcelo has worked at Opinion Box as the Head of IT, responsible for coordinating the development and infrastructure team, as well as ensuring the availability of digital solutions.

From 2001 to 2004, Marcelo attended Unileste-MG and obtained a Bachelor's degree in System of Information with a focus on Computer Science.

In 2005, Marcelo enrolled at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and completed a specialization in Software Engineering, earning the title of Specialist in Software Engineering.

In 2012, Marcelo pursued further education at IETEC and completed a specialization program in Project Management, enhancing their skills in managing projects.
