Martin Chandarov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, innovation management, and strategic consulting. As the co-founder and Operations & Innovation Manager at Topsoc since March 2020, Martin has developed a comprehensive database for regional football and academies to assist coaches and managers in decision-making. Martin also serves as an ambassador for The Cloud Group and has worked as a strategic business and innovation consultant as a freelancer. Additionally, Martin is co-founder and COO of Holylotto, co-owner of Holygames, and co-founder and COO of DiamondFans SL (Muser). With a background in innovative practices, Martin founded and leads Moaw - Soluciones Creativas to help clients achieve their goals. Martin's educational qualifications include a Master for Impact Through Innovation from Impact Business School and a degree in International Relations from Universidad Europea.
