Sandeep Verma

Sandeep Verma is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and strategic roles across various industries. Currently serving as the CEO of Little Sleepies since May 2023, Sandeep previously held multiple senior positions at Allbirds from September 2018 to May 2023, including Chief Commercial Officer, Head of International, and Managing Director - Europe. Prior to Allbirds, Sandeep was the CEO of Liz Earle Beauty Co. Limited from 2012 to August 2018 and founded Feelgood Brands in 2011. Additional experience includes serving as Business Unit Director at Kao Brands and working at P&G as an Account Controller. Sandeep holds a B.Eng & B.Com in Engineering and Business Management from the University of Birmingham.
