Loïc Bar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Loïc began their career in 2006 as a Developer at the City of Limbourg, where they worked on web development projects using ColdFusion and ASP.NET. In 2007, they joined CODit as a Developer, focusing on web tools development using Silverlight and ASP.NET, as well as managing data with LINQ and WCF.

In 2008, Loïc transitioned to Wygwam as a Consultant/Developer, specializing in web development with ASP.NET 3.5, SQL Server, WCF, and also engaging in research and development work. Loïc then moved to Emakina as a .NET Developer, leading multiple projects and utilizing SCRUM as the work methodology.

In 2009, Loïc joined McKinsey Solutions as the Data Visualization Lead, where they played a key role in creating visual representation of data. After leaving McKinsey Solutions in 2013, Loïc took on the role of CEO at Opinum, a Belgian company they co-founded. As the CEO, they were responsible for the strategic development of the company and ensuring alignment with the product vision.

Loïc's extensive work experience also includes being an Author of the "Sustainable Business Canvas" in 2020, a Board Member at CoopHub.eu since 2020, and a Coach & Cooperator at La SMALA starting in 2023. Additionally, they recently joined Itineris as a Director in 2021, further expanding their expertise and responsibilities in the professional realm.

Loïc Bar's education history includes the following:

Loïc attended Vlerick Business School from 2017 to 2019, where they pursued a Professional Education degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.

Prior to that, they studied at HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences and Economics.

Loïc completed their secondary education at Athénée Charles Rogier from 1999 to 2005, specializing in Science.

In addition to their formal education, Loïc has also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed the course "Internet of Things: Roadmap to a Connected World" at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2016, they received the TechShare certification from Euronext and completed the "Developing Intelligent Apps" course from edX. In 2015, they completed the "Introduction to R" course at edX. Lastly, in 2010, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scum Master Alliance.
