Skyler Lowe

Skyler Lowe is a seasoned professional in automation and electrical design with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Automation Specialist at Opla Energy since October 2019, Skyler is responsible for designing and building prototype drilling pressure control systems, including electrical design, programming, commissioning, and servicing of Opla products. Prior to this role, Skyler was the Electrical Designer Team Lead at Warrior Manufacturing Services Ltd. from April 2013 to October 2019, overseeing various projects in systems automation, hazardous area component design, and PLC programming. Skyler's career began at Canrig Drilling Technology Ltd. as an Electrical Technician from March 2003 to March 2013. Skyler holds a Master Electrician degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
