Nagesh Rao

Nagesh Rao is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in fraud engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Senior Engineering Manager for Fraud at Oportun since June 2016, Nagesh has previously held significant roles including Engineering Manager at ZCO/Acesse and various positions at ImageShack, where responsibilities included Backend Architect and Lead Engineer. Nagesh also has experience as an Independent Consultant and held leadership roles at AdPassage Inc. and Encover. Earlier in career, Nagesh worked as a Software Consultant at Hewlett-Packard and Insight Solutions, and contributed as a Member of Technical Staff at CDAC Bangalore. Nagesh earned a degree from the University of Madras from 1989 to 1993.
