Pamela T. Lujan

Pamela T. Lujan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, securities, and capital markets law, currently serving as Senior Director, Corporate & Securities Legal at Oportun since February 2016. In this role, Pamela leads various functions including debt and equity offerings, SEC reporting, corporate governance, and M&A activities, while also overseeing the ESG/CSR program and supporting investor relations. Additionally, Pamela actively contributes to diversity and inclusion efforts, having served as co-chair of the DEI Council. Pamela's previous roles include legal counsel positions at Oportun and Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley, as well as significant volunteer engagement with organizations such as Latinas in Tech and the California Minority Counsel Program. Currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Securities & Financial Regulation at Georgetown University Law Center, Pamela holds a JD/MBA from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah.
