Rita Gil

Rita Gil is an experienced Learning & Development Manager at Oportun since June 2017, overseeing early stage PL collections and previously held various senior supervisory roles in collections, customer care, and bilingual training. Prior to this, Rita worked in telesales at Human Services 21 and held teaching positions at Universidad de Guanajuato and Universidad De León plantel Guanajuato. Early career experience includes working as a bilingual customer service representative at Teleperformance Mexico. Rita holds a Licenciatura in Artes Escénicas para la Expresión Teatral from Universidad de Guadalajara, completed in 2010.
