Jose Angel Ortez

Jose Angel Ortez is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in various roles within the architecture and design industry. Currently serving as a Senior Architect at Oppenheim Architecture since March 2023, Jose has also held the position of Lead Architect at Doo Architecture since April 2021. Previously, Jose worked as a Lead Designer at McKenzie Architecture & Design from October 2015 to April 2021, and as a Project Manager/Designer at McKenzie Craft, LLC from November 2014 to October 2015. Earlier in the career, Jose contributed as a Senior Estimator at McKenzie Construction from November 2013 to November 2014, and as a Designer at Oppenheim Architecture + Design from January 2008 to November 2013. Educational background includes a Master of Architecture (MArch II) from Harvard University, completed in 2008, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, attained in 2006.
