Nick Hailey

Nick Hailey is a Partner at Oppenheim + Zebrak, LLP, where involvement began in May 2020. Prior to this role, Nick served as an Associate at Covington & Burling LLP from October 2012 to April 2020, following a Summer Associate position there in the summer of 2011. Earlier experience includes a Summer Honors Law Program internship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 2010 and a Public Relations Account Executive role at Zeno Group from 2006 to 2009. Nick holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Duke University School of Law, earned between 2009 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Art History from Vanderbilt University, completed in 2006.
