Bernadette Kulawiak

Bernadette Kulawiak is an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in internal auditing and compliance program management. Currently serving as Internal Auditor and Compliance Program Manager at OppFi since August 2016, Bernadette manages the company's compliance training program and organizes monthly compliance meetings. As Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the Oppt for Gender Equ(al)ity employee resource group, Bernadette promotes diversity and inclusion within the organization. Previous experience includes roles at PLS Financial Services as Compliance Field Monitor and at First American Bank in various management positions, where Bernadette developed business plans and improved customer service. Bernadette holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Business Management from DePaul University.
