Dawn Coen

Dawn Coen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dawn is currently the Director of Quality Assurance at OppFi, where they ensure high-quality standards are met. Prior to that, Dawn Coen owned and operated Dawn Coen Photography, specializing in portraits, events, and landscape photography. Dawn also worked at TransUnion as a Senior Manager, overseeing quality and delivery. At SQS (formerly Galmont Consulting), they served as a Senior Consultant, leading test management and coordination for retail projects. Dawn Coen also held positions such as Vice President of Quality at Healthation, Inc., Manager of Quality Assurance at Rapid Solutions Group, and Consultant at Riverside Publishing. In each role, they demonstrated their ability to build teams, implement processes, and improve quality.

Dawn Coen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics (Actuarial Science) with double minors in Economics and Business Management from Bradley University. Dawn was also the Salutatorian at Mid-County High School. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (4.5), SAFe Scrum Master (4.5), and SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist (4.5). These certifications were obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2018.
