Donielle J.

Donielle J. has a diverse work experience in compliance and customer care management. Since 2020, they have been working at OppFi, starting as a Regulatory Compliance Manager and eventually being promoted to Senior Compliance Manager and currently serving as the Director of Compliance. In this role, they are responsible for maintaining documentation of compliance activities, identifying potential risk issues, and responding to regulator complaints and vendor concerns. Prior to OppFi, Donielle worked at Conduent as a Customer Care Operations Manager from 2019 to 2020, where they managed the State of Illinois Disbursement Child Support Unit. They were responsible for setting KPI goals, recruiting staff, addressing state issues, and improving processes and compliance standards. Donielle also has prior experience at Enova International, where they held various managerial positions from 2013 to 2018. They managed large teams, developed forecast models, implemented quality scorecards and SLAs, improved employee engagement, and handled media relation complaints. Early in their career, they worked at Optimum Outcomes as a Supervisor and later as a CCM-Insurance.

Donielle J. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Pre-Law from the University of Cincinnati, graduating in 1993. In 2020, they also obtained a certification in Salesforce Custom Reports from LinkedIn.
