Nicholas T. has extensive work experience in the field of telephony and network operations. Nicholas started their career as a Telecom Engineer at Chicago Hilton and Towers, where they managed the telecommunication needs for various events, including US Presidential visits. Nicholas also worked at First Union Securities, where they maintained critical telecommunication platforms for a hi-volume financial exchange and trading floor.

Nicholas T. then joined Black Box Network Services LI Voice as a Lead Technician, where they managed multiple telephony and wireless accounts. Nicholas was responsible for installations, updates, and maintenance for retail establishments and commercial office spaces.

After that, Nicholas T. worked at CCI as a Senior Regional Technician, where they continued to manage and maintain telephony and wireless accounts across Illinois and Indiana.

Nicholas then moved to U.S. Cellular as an Infrastructure Analyst III, where they provided system performance and resiliency services for multiple contact centers. Nicholas also project managed enterprise monitoring delivery and system upgrades.

Nicholas T. later joined Capital One as a Network Operations Specialist III, where they automated and streamlined Move, Add, Change, Delete (MACD) operations for Capital One's communications network. Nicholas also delivered voice integration for enterprise and contact center customers.

Currently, Nicholas T. is working at OppFi as the Strategy, Operations, and Telephony Lead.

Nicholas T. has a Bachelor's degree from North Park University. Nicholas has also obtained additional certifications in Inbound Administrator Certification from Five9, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Autommate the Boring Stuff with Python Programming from Udemy.
