Sally Lawrence

Sally Lawrence has worked for several companies over the years, beginning with Rudolf Wild GmbH & Co. KG in 2001 as an Innovations Manager. Sally then moved to Tesco PLC in 2006 as a Development Manager. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at Signature Flatbreads in two roles, Head of Innovation and Head of NPD & Process. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Part-time Sales & Marketing Manager at Sendiana Wines. Finally, they have been at Oppo Brothers Ice Cream since 2018, where they hold the roles of Managing Director and Head of Product.

Sally Lawrence attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Marketing Management.
