Thanh Tu Nguyen is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and HR General Lead at OPPO since August 2015, Thanh Tu Nguyen oversees talent acquisition, learning and development, company culture, internal communication, and corporate social responsibility. Prior to this role, Thanh Tu Nguyen worked as a headhunter for VIPsearch Asia Corporation, contributing to executive search and talent acquisition strategies. Additional experiences include serving as Human Resources Lead at INSPI Corp and leading logistics at Frogsleap Social Enterprise. Thanh Tu Nguyen holds a Bachelor's degree from International University - VNU HCMC.
