Pankaj Shah

Pankaj Shah is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software services and project management. As the Director and Co-founder of Opportune Technologies Pvt Ltd since September 2009, Pankaj has played a pivotal role in developing the Opportune HRMS Solution, serving over 300 customers across India. Prior to this, Pankaj held the position of Assistant Vice President at National Stock Exchange IT, where responsibilities included managing various software projects and optimizing delivery resources. Pankaj's career also includes significant roles at Syntel, Infrasoft Technologies, Eftia OSS Solutions, and Tech Mahindra, showcasing a strong background in financial services, offshore delivery, and project management across multiple regions. Pankaj earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Technology from the University of Mumbai.
