Mark Williams

Mark Williams has a diverse work experience, starting from 1993 when they worked at Serco as a Business Development professional, responsible for bid management, bid writing, project management, and relationship management. Mark also gained operational experience in government outsourcing sectors.

After their time at Serco, from 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Freelance Bid Writer and then joined COLAS as a Senior Bid Writer from 2018 to 2020. At COLAS, they conducted research and analysis of customer requirements and led storyboarding sessions with subject matter experts, developing answer plans.
