Lourdia Augustin

Lourdia Augustin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and event management. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow since 2016, Lourdia partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, screens resumes, conducts interviews, and maintains strong relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with employment practices. Previously, Lourdia was an Event Manager at Amazing Parties NYC from 2007 to August 2022, overseeing staff and coordinating a variety of events, including weddings and corporate functions.
