Wing Yee Mak Wang

BSc, aged 74, obtained her BSc degree from Ohio University, USA and became a Non-Executive Director of the Company in April 1999. She is also a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Share Option Committee of the Company. Ms. Wang is a director of two subsidiaries of the Company. She is also the vice chairman of Johnson Electric Holdings Limited. Ms. Wang is a daughter of Ms. WANG KOO Yik Chun, the Honorary Chairlady of the Company, and a sister of Mr. WANG Kin Chung, Peter, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Dr. WANG Shui Chung, Patrick, a Director of the Company.
