Laura McBain-Loyd

Laura McBain-Loyd has worked in the Human Resources field since 1997. Laura began their career as Safety & HR Director for the City of Monroe. In 2012, they joined Infosoft Group as a Human Resource Manager, where they were responsible for managing The Local JobNetwork™. Laura then moved on to Jewish Home and Care Center as a Senior Human Resource Manager in 2014, followed by Ridgewood Care Center as a Human Resources Director in 2017. In 2018, they became the Director of Human Resources for VMP Village at Manor Park. Laura currently works as the Director of Human Resources for Opportunities, Inc., a position they have held since 2020. Laura also served as an Instructor at Concordia University Wisconsin from 2007 to 2012.

Laura McBain-Loyd obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater in Human Resource Management. In December 2005, they obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In September 2015, they obtained their SHRM - SCP certification from SHRM.
